The firm has represented domestic and foreign clients in bilateral or syndicated loans, secure and unsecured; liability management; public and private offers and placements of capital and debt, both local and international; securitizations; project financing; structured products and operations with derivatives; as well as regulatory matters before the regulator, among many others.

Carey has also participated in a variety of initiatives to update laws and regulations in Chile, advising the Central Bank of Chile, the Financial Market Commission, the ministries of Finance and Economy and the Chilean Banking Association.
