- Capstone Copper on a risk assessment and strategy for the development of the energy supply required for the facilities and port of the Santo Domingo mining project, as well as its interconnection to the national electricity grid.
- Orion Resource Partners on an investment in copper mining projects with Capstone Copper, including the acquisition of a 25% interest in Minera Santo Domingo SCM and Compañía Minera Sierra Norte.
- Codelco on the design and execution of an international tender process for the supply of liquid fuels and associated services to its eight operational divisions for the 2025–2030 period. The firm led the strategic planning, drafting of prequalification and bidding documents, and negotiation of supply, lease, and bailment agreements with Copec and Esmax.
- Solarity on the acquisition of a portfolio of 32 solar photovoltaic self-generation plants from Enlasa Generación Chile. The transaction involved a complex asset transfer process, including due diligence, negotiation of purchase agreements, and coordination with counterpart counsel.
- Atlas Renewable Energy on the negotiation and structuring of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and renewable energy certificates (NCRE) arrangements for the supply of renewable energy to clients in the energy and industrial sectors, supported by solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects, including long-term agreements with EMOAC (a Copec subsidiary), Colbún, Compañía Minera del Pacífico, and Cleanairtech Sudamérica.
- Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on a joint development agreement for the analysis, construction and operation of Puerto Laredo project, a shared port infrastructure in the Magallanes Region, for the development and construction of the green hydrogen industry.
- ISA on regulatory matters regarding a public tender for approx. USD275 million, for the construction and exploitation of transmission facilities in Chile, including the drafting, review and submission of documents for a BESS project.
- Codelco on the execution of a heat provision agreement for the supply of Minera Gaby.
