- MUFG Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Natixis (New York Branch), and BNP Paribas on a USD254 million senior financing granted to Scala Chile Data Centers, part of the DigitalBridge group, for the construction and operation of three hyperscale data centres in Lampa, Curauma, and Huechuraba, as well as a major power substation and related credit facilities.
- Olympus on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Sur Medical, a Chilean company that distributes medical devices, equipment and supplies to public and private entities.
- BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, as lenders, on a financing for up to USD289 million, for the construction, development and maintenance of an energy storage project called "Bess del Desierto", a member of the Atlas Renewable Energy Group, with an installed capacity of 200 MW, and a storage capacity of 800MWh, located in the Antofagasta Region of Chile.
- CAP on an investment of approx. USD32 million to acquire 20% of REE Uno, a Chilean company owned by Aclara Resources, which is developing a project to exploit rare earths from ionic sands in the Biobío Region.
- EPCM Group on the acquisition of the shares held by Fondo de Inversión Privado Venture Equity in Nueva Ancor Tecmin, corresponding to an 80% stake in the company, for an initial purchase price plus adjustments.
- Pan American Silver on the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Yamana Gold for USD4.8 billion. The operation included, among others, the El Peñón and Minera Florida mining projects in Chile, and the granting of securities for the amendment of an existing credit agreement with Canadian financial institutions.
