REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Space X, through Starlink, its satellite Internet services division, on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters related to the provision of non-geostationary and low orbit Internet services in Chile.
WOM on corporate, regulatory and antitrust aspects related to its data transmission and mobile telephone operations in Chile.
Sencorp and Sura, through a joint venture, on the financing, development and construction of a real estate project of two buildings located in a business area of Santiago known as "Nueva Las Condes".
Verizon on several corporate and regulatory matters related to the provision of its telecommunications services in Chile.
A national biometric identification services company on the sale of one of its business lines in Chile.
A Japanese big data company on the purchase of one of its business lines in Chile.
Blanco y Negro on corporate, commercial, contractual, labor and other matters related to the operation and business of Colo-Colo. The advice considers the commercialization of digital advertising rights over its image and trademarks, including the sale of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT), the negotiation of advertising and sponsorship agreements, including the issuance by the sponsors of NFTs.
Several direct sale multinational companies on corporate, commercial, contractual, labor and other matters related to their operation and businesses in Chile.
