- Mapfre Group on structuring, negotiating and executing an exclusive, long term bancassurance alliance with Banco Internacional, followed by a referral agreement to exit the surety line while maintaining service standards with Solunion. The alliance granted preferential access to bank distribution channels within a compressed regulatory window.
- Ambipar on securing payment under an all-risks construction policy, after unusually intense rainfall caused significant structural damage to plant buildings, at its waste treatment plant located in Santiago.
- Solunion Chile Seguros de Crédito on designing, negotiating and executing a referral agreement with Mapfre Compañía de Seguros Generales de Chile, after Mapfre decided to discontinue the marketing of surety insurance as of January 1, 2026, and that new business opportunities in the surety business should be channeled to Solunion, while Mapfre’s existing surety portfolio moves to run off to preserve service continuity for policyholders.
