Her practice focuses on environmental law, especially on project development, due diligence and procedures for the Environmental Impact Assessment System, among other matters.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Corporación Interamericana para el Financiamiento de Infraestuctura (CIFI) on a credit facility agreement and ancillary documents, under Chilean law, with Enerside Solar Chile I for up to USD10.31 million for the development and construction of a PMGD portfolio of photovoltaic solar energy generation projects in Chile. Also, on another tranche for approx. USD2.3 million to finance the associated VAT.
- Marimaca Cooper on corporate, regulatory, environmental, mining and main supplies matters for the implementation of its copper project Marimaca in the Antofagasta region.
- Pan American Silver on an environmental and water rights due diligence in relation to an offer for the acquisition of Yamana Gold mining operations, which includes El Peñón and Minera Florida projects for USD$5.02 billion.
