CVC CAPITAL PARTNERS, through its fund CVC Strategic Opportunities III, on Chilean law aspects related to the acquisition of a 20% stake in International Schools Partnership (ISP), one of the largest K-12 educational platforms in the world, educating more than 110,000 students across 111 schools in 25 countries. Through this transaction, CVC becomes a shareholder of ISP, alongside Partners Group, the majority shareholder, and OMERS.
