His practice focuses on administrative, constitutional and regulatory law, advising various national and international clients, as well as public agencies and companies, on all types of matters directly or indirectly related to the public sector in Chile, including concession granting processes, public procurement, negotiation and development of public-private partnerships, litigation before state administration bodies, the ordinary and special courts of justice, the Public Procurement Court and the Constitutional Court. His practice also includes legal defense against sanctions imposed by public entities, advising on sectorial regulations in various markets, public policies and legislative matters, as well as issues related to the Transparency Law.
