- Cencosud on a market study conducted by Chile’s National Economic Prosecutor’s Office (FNE) regarding e-commerce of durable physical goods to end consumers, including defining the strategy for participating in and providing information, as well as preparing submissions and the technical, commercial and legal information required.
- Cencosud on the merger control proceeding before the FNE regarding the acquisition of control over assets owned by Comercial Río Verde and Colomer y Compañía, through long-term lease agreements over commercial premises located in the Metropolitan Region, intended for the rollout of Don Salva, its new hard-discount supermarket format. The transaction was unconditionally cleared by the FNE in Phase I on May 20, 2026.
