By means of Exempt Resolution No. 1413, dated October 25 of this year, published in the Official Gazette on November 2, the Ministry of Health established a maximum period of 30 calendar days to submit applications for the incorporation of new high-cost diagnoses and/or treatments into the financial protection system of Law No. 20,850 (“Ricarte Soto Law”).

Therefore, the deadline for submitting applications will expire on December 2, 2023.
