Her practice focuses on matters related to intellectual and industrial property, personal data protection, privacy, e-commerce and, in general, matters related to new technologies.

    She previously worked as Associate in Carey's Energy Group, and her practice focused on the development of energy projects.

    • A leading foreign retail company on a third-party challenge due to misappropiation of its commercial brands for the recovery and protection its trademarks and domain names.
