OMERS Infrastructure Chile Holdings I and Enagás Chile on the sale of 80% of their shareholding in GNL Quintero to EIG Global Energy Partners and Fluxys for USD1.165 billion.
Pan American Silver on the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Yamana Gold for USD4.8 billion. The operation included, among others, the El Peñón and Minera Florida mining projects in Chile, and the granting of securities for the amendment of an existing credit agreement with Canadian financial institutions.
Mountain Capital Partners, the largest ski resorts owner and manager of the southwest of the United States, on its controlling investment in Valle Nevado, one of the largest ski resorts in South America. The acquisition was made in the context of the reorganization plan of Valle Nevado.
PSP Investments on a Tender Offer for the 100% of the outstanding shares of Hortifrut. The advice included the negotiation of agreements with the controlling group of Hortifrut and a shareholders' agreement.
SMU on the issuance and placement of dematerialized Series AO and AN bonds for approx. USD75 million, in the local market, at a 6.25% interest rate and an annual rate of 6.3%; and maturing in 2027. The advice included the negotiation of the bond line issuance contract and the registering process in the Securities Registry of the Financial Market Commission (CMF).
