His practice focuses on administrative, constitutional and regulatory law, advising various national and international clients, as well as public agencies and companies, on all types of matters directly or indirectly related to the public sector in Chile, including concession granting processes, public procurement, negotiation and development of public-private partnerships, litigation before state administration bodies, ordinary and special courts of justice, the Public Procurement Court and the Constitutional Court. His practice also includes legal defense against sanctions issued by public entities, advice regarding sectorial regulations in various markets, public policies and legislative matters, as well as issues related to the Transparency Law.


REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Junta de Vigilancia de la Primera Sección del río Aconcagua, an association located in one of the main rivers in the Chilean central valley, on the preparation of challenges before the General Comptrollership, due to the unequal distribution of water carried out by the General Water Bureau (DGA), which caused significant losses in its irrigation capacity.
