- Smurfit Westrock on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Envases Impresos Cordillera and Chilena de Moldeados, companies comprising the corrugated packaging business of Empresas CMPC, for USD420 million.
- Capacity on the acquisition of Chattigo, a Chilean omnichannel conversational platform that allows companies to automate and centralize their customer service, sales, and internal communications. It is used by more than 800 companies across Latin America, from growing startups to large corporations in sectors such as banking, retail, logistics, healthcare, and education. The engagement included conducting a legal due diligence of the company, as well as negotiating and preparing the transaction documentation. Carey also advised Capacity in the acquisition financing.
- Vytal Group on the acquisition of Chilevisión, a leading free-to-air television channel in the Chilean industry, from Paramount Pictures Corporation. The transaction included the negotiation of the share purchase agreement and a competition risk analysis.
- Tanner Servicios Financieros and Marubeni Auto Finance on the antitrust aspects of Tanner’s acquisition of Marubeni’s automotive loan and financial leasing portfolios, unconditionally cleared by the National Economic Prosecutor's Office.
- Codelco on the antitrust aspects of its association with SQM, a leading lithium producer in the world, regarding the implementation of the Chilean Government's National Lithium Strategy.
- Midea and Heritage B on the antitrust aspects of Midea's acquisition of Teka Group, a multinational company specialized in the design and manufacture of household appliances, with operations in Europe, Asia and America.
