Her practice focuses on the development of energy projects, including the negotiation of energy supply, transmission and distribution contracts, and other civil and commercial matters.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Various global renewable energy companies on the acquisition of photovoltaic energy projects, and the execution of joint development agreements, including the due diligence, the negotiation and draft of the transaction documents, the structuring of the financing and the investment, among others.
- Codelco on the execution of a heat provision agreement for the supply of Minera Gaby.
