EF Securitizadora, as issuer, and Moneda Administradora General de Fondos, as bondholder, on the securitization of a revolving portfolio of credits originated by WOM, including receivables and future cash flows arising from mobile service contracts and handset receivables.
EF Securitizadora and Moneda Patria AGF on the securitization of promissory notes issued by Fondo de Inversión Privado Estoril, backed by credits originated by Clínica Las Condes and Nueva SSI, and acquired by the aforementioned investment fund. The transaction involved the issuance and placement of securitized bonds for approx. USD46 million, acquired by Moneda Patria AGF on behalf of three of its managed funds.
Moneda AGF, through two investment funds under its management, on an investment in a series of preferred shares (preferred equity) of the company Rentas Patio X, belonging to Grupo Patio and operating several outlets throughout Chile. The transaction included the negotiation of the preferences of a new series of shares, a shareholders' agreement, and call and put options.
Inversiones y Rentas Sendero, a subsidiary of Sencorp Group, on restructuring transactions, in the context of a judicial reorganization agreement initiated by Sencorp and Sendero.
