Her practice focuses on the development of energy projects, including the negotiation of energy supply, transmission and distribution contracts and, in general, on the regulation of the electricity industry, as well as on corporate and civil law matters.

    • CMPC on the design and implementation of a private tender process to secure electricity supply for a 10-year period for 31 industrial plants in Chile, totaling 1,300 GWh per year. The advice included the entire strategy, from the drafting of the tender documents and non-disclosure agreements to the negotiation and execution of the two power purchase agreements (PPAs) with the awarded generation companies (Colbún, for 950 GWh per year; and Copec Emoac, for 350 GWh per year).
