    • WOM one of Chile’s leading telecommunications companies, on its intervention as a third party in the non-contentious proceeding initiated by Entel before the Chilean Competition Court (TDLC), seeking the TDLC to pronounce regarding the elimination or the increase of the radio spectrum holding limits established by the Supreme Court in Case No. 181-2020.
    • Blanco y Negro, concessionaire company of Colo-Colo’s professional football team, on its intervention as a third party in a proceeding initiated by Club Deportivo Provincial Osorno before the TDLC regarding the compatibility with the competition law of the training compensation mechanism established in the ANFP Youth Football Regulations.
    • Kimberly-Clark on the merger control proceeding before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office (FNE), in connection with its global acquisition of Kenvue, a leading consumer health company and owner of brands such as Tylenol, Band-Aid, Listerine, Neutrogena and Johnson’s. The approx. USD48 billion-worth transaction is subject to a multi-jurisdictional review spanning more than 20 jurisdictions. Carey led the competition law strategy in Chile.
