REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- PSP Investments on a Tender Offer for the 100% of the outstanding shares of Hortifrut. The advice included the negotiation of agreements with the controlling group of Hortifrut and a shareholders' agreement.
- SMU on the issuance and registration of UF 1.5 million 10-year term bonds, with an interest rate of 4.5% and maturity in 2033, which included the participation of Scotiabank as placement agent.
