His practice focuses on advising clients, especially employers, in labor matters of a contractual, corporate and judicial nature.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- The largest ski resorts owner and manager of the southwest of the United States, on the labor aspects of its controlling investment in one of the largest ski resorts in South America. The acquisition was made in the context of the reorganization plan of the latter.
