His practice focuses on administrative, constitutional and regulatory law, advising several national and international clients, as well as public entities and state-owned enterprises on all sorts of matters directly or indirectly related to the public sector in Chile, including concessions, public procurement, negotiation and development of public-private associations, litigation before Chilean administrative bodies, ordinary and special courts of justice, the Chilean Public Procurement Court and the Chilean Constitutional Court, legal defense against sanctions imposed by public entities, advice on sectoral regulations in various markets, regarding public policies and legislative matters, as well as issues related to the Chilean Transparency Law.
- ENAMI on the design of partner selection process for the development of the Salares Altoandinos project, and on various administrative procedures for the defense of the project.
- Codelco on regulatory aspects in relation to alliances with private companies in the Atacama Salt Flat and the Maricunga Salt Flat for lithium exploitation, including various procedures before the Comptroller and Courts of Justice.
- Sky on consultation proceedings before the Competition Tribunal (TDLC) in relation to the bidding processes for air frequencies on the Santiago-Lima route, and on various administrative proceedings related to the allocation of air frequencies.
- A relevant foreign-owned telecommunications company on various regulatory and antitrust processes, including multiple matters related to the deployment of the 5G network.
- CAF on multiple aspects for the approval and construction of a corporate building and innovation center in Chile, in collaboration with the Municipality of Vitacura.
- Track Group on regulatory matters associated with the execution of contracts with the Chilean prison service for the provision od telematic monitoring services, including challenging the current tender for the provision of this services before the Public Procurement Court.
