Also, the dealer managers in connection with the concurrent cash tender offer to purchase all of Cencosud’s outstanding international notes maturing in 2027.
- Caja Los Andes, the leading private non-profit social security institution in Chile, on the restructuring of a financing granted by a syndicate of banks, with Banco Santander-Chile as administrative agent and various international banks as lead arrangers, for approximately USD160 million, structured in two tranches: one in U.S. dollars for USD122 million and another in Chilean pesos for CLP33 billion, intended to finance or refinance operations associated with its social credit regime.
- Banco Santander on a USD500 million loan extended by Banco Santander, Commerzbank and ING Bank to Codelco. The facility is guaranteed by SACE, the Italian insurance and finance group controlled by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, as part of its Push Strategy program.
