Her practice is focused on providing legal advice, mainly to employers, in labor areas, including contractual and corporate matters, as well as labor litigation.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- A local subsidiary of a U.S. based provider of products and solutions for the mining industry on the restructuring of its business, including a strategy to execute the dismissals simultaneously, the drafting of new labor documentation and the implementation of new operational systems designed to increase productivity.
- An internet, cable and telephone provider on several issues related to unionized workers, including its defense against claims for alleged anti-union practices and violation of fundamental rights.
