Her practice focuses mainly on corporate, banking and finance law, advice to local and foreign banks and financial institutions, and local and foreign project financing.
- Opdenergy, through its subsidiaries Opdenergy Generación, Ra Solar and Opdenergy PMGD on the refinancing of a portfolio of renewable energy projects under a project finance structure for a total amount of up to USD227 million, structured in four tranches linked to solar, wind, BESS and PMGD projects plus a VAT financing, also including an optional incremental tranche.
