Her practice focuses on matters related to intellectual and industrial property, data protection, e-commerce and, in general, in relation to new technologies as well as corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, international trade, foreign investment and general practice.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Similarweb, an Israeli based company listed in the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Admetricks, a leading company in digital analytics, data processing and advertising and marketing intelligence services (SaaS) in Latin America.
  • NotCo on regulatory, data protection, intellectual property and consumer law matters, including the drafting of agreements with partners and customers.
  • Wild Foods on regulatory, data protection, intellectual property and consumer law matters, including the drafting of agreements with partners and customers.
  • Grünenthal, MetLife and ProVida on a privacy maturity assessment, including a due diligence of its internal policies, data processing, documents, and procedures.
  • PepsiCo on the drafting of a privacy policy and terms and conditions of use applicable to its consumers, small business, and employees.
  • ENAMI on a public-private association agreement with Rio Tinto for the development of the "Salares Altoandinos" lithium project located in the Atacama Region. Our advice included the selection process for the development partner, as well as the preparation and negotiation of the contracts and complementary documents.
  • Blue Star Group (BSG) on the negotiation, drafting and closing of a Joint Venture Master Agreement with the Morana Group that allows both Brazilian groups to join synergies to develop the business of selling women's accessories and fashion jewelry through BSG's brand “TodoModa” and Morana's brand “Morana”, both in Brazil and the rest of the world, through the franchise model.
  • One of the world's largest tech companies on the implementation of products in various of its platforms in Chile, including privacy, data protection, consumer law, and advertising matters
