REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- GMAC Comercial Automotriz, a subsidiary of General Motors Financial, on its defense in a class action initiated by the SERNAC, for alleged infringement of the consumer protection law, due to the practice of extrajudicial collection.
- Laboratorios Andrómaco and Laboratorios Silesia on a class action filed by CONADECUS for the quality failure of its contraceptive Serenata, which affected women who used said contraceptive, becoming pregnant against their will.
