- Vytal Group on the acquisition of Chilevisión, a leading free-to-air television channel in the Chilean industry, from Paramount Pictures Corporation. The transaction included the negotiation of the share purchase agreement and a competition risk analysis.
- MetLife Chile on the negotiation of an exclusive strategic alliance with Falabella for the life insurance bancassurance business for a 15-year term.
- Intercorp Retail, a subsidiary of Intercorp Peru, with presence in over 10 countries throughout the continent, on the acquisition of Supermercados Erbi.
- Similarweb, an Israeli based company listed in the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Admetricks, a leading company in digital analytics, data processing and advertising and marketing intelligence services (SaaS) in Latin America.
- DaVita, on the acquisition of the Chilean dialysis business of Fresenius Medical Care. DaVita is a US company leading in kidney dialysis services, and Fresenius Medical Care is a dual US/German listed company that provides renal diseases services.
- MetLife Chile on the renewal for 15 years of its strategic alliance of the bancassurance business of life insurance with Banco del Estado de Chile. The transaction included the sale of 49.9% of BancoEstado Corredores de Seguros, owned by MetLife Chile, to Banco del Estado de Chile for approx. USD28 million.
