His practice focuses mainly on corporate, banking and finance law, advice to local and foreign banks and financial institutions, and local and foreign project financing.
- Codelco on the reopening of the bonds issued in January 2025, through a new issuance for an aggregate amount of USD 1.4 billion, under Rule 144A/Reg S of the United States, divided into: USD 700 million maturing in 2035, with an annual interest rate of 6.330%; and USD 700 million maturing in 2055, with an annual interest rate of 6.780%. This transaction included the participation of BofA Securities, Credit Agricole Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities and Santander US Capital Markets, as representatives of the initial purchasers.
- VGMobility on a project finance transaction for the acquisition and operation of 956 electric buses across four public transport projects in Santiago and Colina. The financing was provided by Société Générale, Banco del Estado de Chile and Bank of China Panama Branch, structured in four tranches (A–D) linked to each project.
- Inter-American Investment Corporation on the fourth amendment and restated text of an existing credit agreement, with the aim to expand the financing for up to USD45 million, and for up to USD30 million for uncommitted loans, and the extension of the corporate guarantee granted in this regard by Calidra Chile Importaciones Minerales, among other matters.
- Verano Energy, through its subsidiary PFV Domeyko, on a secured financing of up to USD192.5 million, granted by Société Générale, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and The Bank of Nova Scotia, for the development, construction, and operation of Domeyko, a 83 MW solar project with a 660 MWh BESS storage system, located in the Atacama Region. The financing includes term loans for up to USD176.1 million and the issuance of letters of credit for up to USD16.2 million. Additionally, on the financing of the VAT associated to the construction of the project, granted by Scotiabank Chile.
- IDB Invest and responsAbility Investments as purchasers of the bonds issued under Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933 by Arrendamiento de Máquinas Royal Rental and Royal Rental Colombia, guaranteed by Multitécnica and Royal America Internacional, and issued in two tranches: a Tranche A -issued in Chilean pesos- for up to USD16 million, to be allocated by Arrendamiento de Máquinas Royal Rental, and a Tranche B for up to USD10 million, to be allocated by Royal Rental Colombia.
