- Ivanhoe Electric on a collaboration and exploration agreement with Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile (SQM) for the exploration of approximately 2,002 km² of SQM’s mining properties aimed at identifying copper deposits. The agreement provides for an investment of USD9 million by SQM to fund three years of exploration activities, as well as the use of Ivanhoe Electric’s Typhoon™ geophysical prospecting technology, together with data inversion software developed by Computational Geoscience Inc. (CGI).
- Equitas Capital on the sale of 100% of its interest in Hidronor Chile, a leading company in the management of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste, with a portfolio of more than 2,500 clients, mainly from the mining, energy, and chemical sectors, and the transaction also includes its stake in Greendot, a subsidiary active in the fast-growing industrial waste recovery sector.
- Vela Software Group, a group of technology companies focused on the needs of high-risk and capital-intensive industries with a large number of workers, on the acquisition of Samtech Chile, Redd, and TrackTec, Chilean companies specializing in fleet management, telematics, operations monitoring, and safety solutions for sectors such as mining, construction, and transportation.
- Olympus on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Sur Medical, a Chilean company that distributes medical devices, equipment and supplies to public and private entities.
- The Freyja Foundation on the purchase of around 300 hectares of native forest of high ecological value in a strategic part of the Cochamó Valley, for land conservation.
- Santander Asset Management’s Residential Rental Investment Fund on the purchase of a portfolio of seven residential buildings and a real estate project, from Ameris Multifamily Partners, Penta Vida, and EBCO (among other investors).
- Desarrollo País (Fondo de Infraestructura), a Chilean State corporation, on a strategic alliance with Google, through a special purpose vehicle in charge of managing the capacity of Humboldt's submarine cable system to connect Chile and Sydney, via French Polynesia.
