Her practice area focuses on employment and labor law, advising national and foreign companies on matters such as employee hiring and termination processes, outsourcing and externalization of services, employment matters in corporate restructuring processes, including M&A and due diligence. Additionally, on the structuring and implementation of short, medium and long-term compensation and incentives schemes, including shares incentives (stock option, RSU, PSU, among others).

Also, she has vast experience handling internal investigations in matters of sexual and workplace harassment, as well as on the preparation of internal policies and the design and implementation of measures to prevent non-compliance in labor matters.
