Her practice focuses on administrative, constitutional and regulatory law, advising various national and international clients, as well as public agencies and companies, on all types of matters directly or indirectly related to the public sector in Chile, including concession granting processes, public procurement, negotiation and development of public-private partnerships, litigation before state administration bodies, ordinary and special courts of justice, the Public Procurement Court and the Constitutional Court. Also, her practice includes legal defense against sanctions issued by public entities, advice regarding sectorial regulations in various markets, public policies and legislative matters, as well as issues related to the Transparency Law.

- Codelco on regulatory aspects in relation to alliances with private companies in the Atacama Salt Flat and the Maricunga Salt Flat for lithium exploitation, including various procedures before the Comptroller and Courts of Justice.
