    • DaVita on the acquisition of the Chilean dialysis business of Fresenius Medical Care. DaVita is a US listed company leading in kidney dialysis services, and Fresenius Medical Care is a dual US/German listed company that provides renal diseases services.
    • Kingspan Group, a company listed in Ireland with operations in more than 80 countries, leading in the construction materials industry, on the acquisition of 51% of Villalba, a leading company in the local steel construction products market.
    • IFC, as lender, on a USD350 million financing to Engie Energía Chile to implement a decarbonization plan, to switch from fossil fuel to non-conventional renewable energy sources and to install a new BESS energy storage system.
    • Codelco on an agreement with Lithium Power International (LPI), a company listed in the Australia Stock Exchange (ASX) to acquire 100% of the share capital of LPI by way of a Scheme of Arrangement. LPI owns, through its subsidiary Minera Salar Blanco, the "Blanco Project", adyacent to Codelco's mining tenements in the Maricunga Salt Flat.
