- WOM on its restructuring process and successful emergence from Chapter 11. The transaction involved a complete corporate and financial restructuring of the group entities, including the obtaining of a DIP financing, the change of control of the company, the incorporation of vehicles and funds, both foreign and domestic, as well as the issuance of new secured, convertible and unsecured notes to capitalize and settle the claims of various creditors.
- Scotiabank, Banco Security, Itaú, and Rabofinance, as creditors of Chilterra, on a legal strategy to declare non-compliance of the latter and initiate the liquidation proceedings of the company to address the breach of its judicial reorganization plan.
