On March 30, 2020 the Environmental Ministry issued Exempt Resolution No. 282 (“Res. 282”), which extends the term to submit the annual report to the Wastes Declaration National System (SINADER) to April 30, 2020.
Res. 282 applies to all the facilities in the national territory that are required to submit the referred report, which are the following:
(i) facilities that annually generate more than 12 tons of wastes;
(ii) facilities that annually receive more than 12 tons of wastes; and
(iii) municipalities that collect wastes, either directly or through agreements with third parties.
