As informed in our News Alert dated April 27th, 2023, and according to Law No. 21,578, as of September 1st, 2023, the minimum monthly income for employees over 18 years old and up to 65 years old is $460,000. Thus, this is the amount to be considered in the remuneration process for the month of September for the purposes of the payment of the minimum monthly income and the calculation of the profit-sharing (if the latter is paid on a monthly basis).
