US private equity invests in Chile’s BioFiltro

Prieto has helped Utah-based private equity Jordanelle Capital invest US$35 million in Chilean dairy wastewater treatment company BioFiltro.

BioFiltro relied on Carey for the deal.

Latin Lawyer understands that Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP also advised Jordanelle Capital but could not confirm this before publishing.

The deal closed on 5 December.
