Immigration Alert

As of this date, the Immigration Department of the Ministry of Interior of Chile is requesting that all Permanent Residence applications include a Police Record Certificate from the country of origin, both for the main applicant, as well as for any dependent over 18 years of age. Said document must not exceed a 90-day validity from date of issuance and must be dully apostilled/legalized for use in Chile if issued abroad.

Additionally, an official translation will be required if the document is in a language other than English, French, Portuguese or Italian.
