Francisco Carey Recognized as “Practitioner of the Year” by Managing IP

Santiago, April 13.– Francisco Carey, partner at Carey and co-head of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Information Technology group, was recognized as “Practitioner of the Year” at the Managing IP Americas Awards 2026, one of the most prestigious global awards in the sphere of intellectual property.
Organized by Managing Intellectual Property, these awards annually recognize the most outstanding professionals and firms in areas such as trademarks, patents, copyright, and related transactions, based on a rigorous research process that includes interviews with clients, lawyers, and market participants across more than 50 jurisdictions.
This recognition highlights Francisco Carey’s professional trajectory and practice in intellectual property, as well as his role in advising clients on complex matters requiring a high level of technical expertise, both locally and internationally.
