Environmental Assessment Service extends the term to submit addendas in environmental impact assessment procedures

In the context of the Covid-19 contingency, on April 3, 2020 the Executive Director of the Environmental Assessment Service (SEA) issued a resolution, extending the term to submit the addendas in the environmental assessment procedures followed before the Executive Director or Regional Offices of the SEA.

Term extension

• For projects whose addendum must be submitted between March 20, 2020 and April 30, 2020: the term to submit the addendas is extended until June 12, 2020. Therefore, the project holder may submit the corresponding addendum at any time during this period until June 12, 2020.
• For other projects: the term to submit the addendas is extended in 29 business days counted as of the date indicated in the corresponding ICSARA or as of the date of the last extension granted, as applicable.
