Deutsche Bank Trust Company acted as security agent of SAMS’s bondholders

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman's New York office and Chilean firm Carey have advised Deutsche Bank Trust Company as placement agent in a US$45 million bond issuance by Chilean insurer Inversiones SAMS.
It is thought Dechert LLP advised Inversiones SAMS, but this could not be confirmed prior to publication.

The transaction closed on 3 February.
