VGMOBILITY on a project finance transaction for the acquisition and operation of 956 electric buses across four public transport projects in Santiago and Colina. The financing was provided by Société Générale, Banco del Estado de Chile and Bank of China Panama Branch, structured in four tranches (A–D) linked to each project.
