SUSI PARTNERS, a Swiss-based investment manager specialized in sustainable energy infrastructure investments, on an investment in Chile in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This transaction consisted of a framework agreement with the developer (BIWO) and a series of annexes to regulate the purchase of the projects through a common vehicle, controlled by SUSI and with a minority stake of BIWO. In addition, a due diligence was carried out on 11 of the projects to determine their progress status
