LATENTVIEW ANALYTICS, an Indian listed digital analytics consulting firm, on the acquisition of the 70% outstanding equity of Decision Point, a global leader in artificial intelligence-led business transformation and revenue growth management, for USD39.1 million. The remaining 30% equity is to be acquired over the next two years with a payout. Decision Point operates in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America, which includes a Chilean subsidiary.
