FALABELLA on the structuring and negotiation with its subsidiary Plaza for the consolidation of the latter of certain mall-type real estate assets in Peru. The transaction will be carried out through a tender offer in Peru for which, previously, Plaza will carry out a capital increase in Chile to obtain market financing.
