According to Law No. 21,751, published on June 28^th, 2025 as of January 1^st, 2026, the monthly minimum wage for employees aged over 18 and up to 65 years will be CLP 539,000.

Thus, this amount must be considered in the payroll processes starting in January  2026 for purposes of paying the statutory minimum wage and calculating the legal profit sharing (if the latter is paid on a monthly basis).

Furthermore, for employees under 18 years of age and over 65 years of age, the monthly minimum wage will be CLP402,082, and for non-remunerative purposes the minimum wage will be CLP347,434.
