Her practice focuses on consumer regulation and advertising matters, including electronic commerce platforms, digital marketing, recalls and product safety, adhesion contracts and financial SERNAC matters, among others. In addition, has experience on assessment and litigation in intellectual and industrial property, specializing in trademarks, patents, and domain names.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- BeiGene on the regulatory and commercial aspects for the incorporation, registration and launch of an entity for its pharmaceutical products in Chile, including regulatory filings for marketing campaigns authorization.
