- Ivanhoe Electric on a collaboration and exploration agreement with Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) for the exploration of approximately 2,002 km² of SQM’s mining properties aimed at identifying copper deposits. The agreement provides for an investment of USD9 million by SQM to fund three years of exploration activities, as well as the use of Ivanhoe Electric’s Typhoon™ geophysical prospecting technology, together with data inversion software developed by Computational Geoscience Inc. (CGI).
- Codelco on a public-private partnership with SQM, resulting in the formation of Nova Andino Litio, following the merger between Minera Tarar and SQM Salar, subsidiaries of Codelco and SQM, respectively. Nova Andino Litio will carry out exploration, mining, production, and marketing activities for lithium in the Atacama salt flat until 2060.
- Promigas, one of the main gas corporations in Colombia, on the acquisition from the private equity firm EQT of the business of the Spanish company Zelestra in Latin America, including Chile, Peru and Colombia.
- UnitedHealth Group on the sale of its stake in Bordeaux Holding, the controlling entity of Empresas Banmédica in Chile and Colombia.
- Codelco on the preparation and negotiation of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Anglo American, for the integration of the mining operations of the adjacent copper deposits, División Andina and Los Bronces, through a joint mining exploitation plan during 2030-2051.
- Antofagasta Minerals on the analysis, design, and implementation of a corporate and financial restructuring that enabled the separation of the desalination and water conveyance business from the core mining operations of Minera Los Pelambres.
- Codelco on the formation of a lithium joint venture with Rio Tinto in the Maricunga salt flat, following a competitive selection process aligned with Chile’s National Lithium Strategy. The project aims to produce 30,000 to 50,000 tons of lithium carbonate annually over a 30-year period.
- Solarity on the acquisition of a portfolio of 32 solar photovoltaic self-generation plants from Enlasa Generación Chile. The transaction involved a complex asset transfer process, including due diligence, negotiation of purchase agreements, and coordination with counterpart counsel.
- Patria, through its Patria Infrastructure Fund III, on the sale of Aguas Pacífico, owner of a desalination plant (under construction) in the Valparaíso Region, to a new investment fund organized in Chile and managed by Moneda AGF, with both local contributors and foreign investors, including Patria's Infrastructure Fund V.
- Minerva Foods, a leading beef exporter in South America, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Frigorífico Patagonia, a company dedicated to the lamb industry in southern Chile. The acquisition was part of the purchase of 13 industrial plants and a distribution center owned by the Marfrig Group in Brazil, Argentina, and Chile, for USD1 billion.
- International Finance Corporation, as lender, on a loan for up to USD200 million granted to Banco BICE, to finance housing loans, with a focus on housing loans for women.
- Vela Software Group, a portfolio of technology firms focused on the needs of capital-intensive, high-consequence industries with large workforces, on the acquisition of Samtech Chile, a fleet management, machine performance, and telematics software and hardware provider for the mining, construction, and rental fleet industries in Chile and Colombia.
- Codelco on the acquisition of 100% of share capital of Lithium Power International (LPI), a company listed in the Australia Stock Exchange (ASX) by way of a Scheme of Arrangement. LPI owns, through its subsidiary Minera Salar Blanco, the "Blanco Project", adjacent to Codelco's mining tenements in the Maricunga Salt Flat.
