Carey has advised the Chilean subsidiary of US design company Danaher in its acquisition of Ingeniería y Procesos, the holding company of two engineering companies.

Ingeniería y Procesos was advised by Bahamondez, Alvarez y Zegers.

Danaher subsidiary Chemtreat’s acquisition of the family-owned holding company closed on 30 June for an undisclosed amount.
