Thomas Muskett-Ford

Brown, Winick, Graves, Gross, Baskerville and Schoenebaum in Iowa and Carey in Santiago have helped conveyor belt manufacturer Precision, Pulley & Idler acquire Chilean counterpart Clark Ingeniería y Desarrollo in the US company’s first venture outside of North America.

Bahamondez, Álvarez y Zegers Abogados in Santiago advised the target company for the deal, which closed on 1 December with no value disclosed. Precision hopes to use the acquisition as a springboard for further regional growth.
