REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • CMPC Ventures on an investment for approx. USD1 million in Woamy, a Finnish start-up that produces a novel bio-based, recyclable and biodegradable foam with which they seek to replace harmful plastic foams (polystyrene).
  • F-Prime, as lead investor, on a round for USD7.15 million in Toku, a Chilean start-up.
  • Praxis Biotech, a company that develops biotech innovations, on the negotiation of the conversion of convertible notes with Fondo de Inversión Privado FEN Ventures II, a Chilean private investment fund supported by CORFO.
  • Grupo Emasa, a Chilean company that represents automotive products, on the negotiation of the conversion of convertible instruments with Jooycar, a company dedicated to the development of electromobility solutions.
  • Kredito, a Chilean fintech focused on granting microcredits to clients who cannot access traditional banking products, on the structuring and negotiation of an investment round, via equity, with the participation of several investors, including an important Chilean holding group, a local family office, and an investment fund supported by CORFO.
